Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with SQL or financial planning and analysis
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel
• Hands on experience with generative AI to improve productivity
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills, including prioritization
• Must be located in US

Responsibilities

• Act as a business partner with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide data and analysis to support quality healthcare goals
• Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports and packages
• Develop and run SQL scripts to derive insights from data
• Manage and validate data from multiple sources using SQL Server Management Studio
• Communicate processes and requirements to business and technical staff
• Use SQL to identify trends and outliers for leadership action
• Prepare ad hoc reports using SQL and Excel and create new reports as needed
• Streamline processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure accuracy of premiums by producing reconciliation reports
• Represent finance in plan/provider meetings
• Understand business drivers and market trends
• Assist project teams as a subject matter expert
