SGA Dental Partners is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for the corporate side of the business. You will build 3-statement models, analyze variances, and support Board materials, collaborating with directors and executives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in finance or accounting and 3+ years in FP&A, with advanced Excel skills and experience with GL/HRIS systems (Sage Intacct a plus, Workday preferred).

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• 3+ years of financial planning, analysis and modeling
• Experience with GL and HRIS systems (Sage Intacct, Workday a plus)

Mansioni

• Develop and manage annual and post-acquisition budgets and forecasts
• Perform monthly variance analysis and month-end close activities
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and quarterly Board presentations
• Create and maintain 3-statement financial models to analyze company performance
• Monitor liquidity, cash flow forecasting, and capital needs
• Prepare internal and external reporting and analysis
• Support ad-hoc analyses as needed
