Aston Carter is seeking a Sr Financial Analyst for a fully remote, project-based engagement in the United States. You will evaluate AI-generated finance content, develop expert explanations, and design real-world scenarios to train and benchmark AI systems.

This role emphasizes accuracy, analytical thinking, and strong communication across finance disciplines. The engagement runs about 30–40 hours per week for 12 weeks, with flexible hours and potential extension.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of finance experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or related fields.
• Experience in forecasting models, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
• Bachelor's degree required in finance/accounting/economics; master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and validate AI-generated finance content for accuracy and quality.
• Review, compare, and score AI model responses for finance training.
• Develop expert explanations and real-world finance scenarios for training AI systems.
• Identify inaccuracies and provide constructive feedback to improve outputs.
• Design finance use cases with datasets, materials, and evaluation criteria.
• Test AI performance on custom finance scenarios and refine tasks based on feedback.
• Adhere to project guidelines and submission procedures with attention to detail.
• Deliver high-quality work while meeting 12-week project timelines.
• Apply sound financial judgment to ensure outputs align with real-world practices.
• Collaborate using cloud-based tools and follow review cycles for improvements.
