Job summary

Entegris, Inc. seeks a Lead, Field Applications to be the technical lead for customer engagements in Wet Etch Clean, Photolithography, CMP, and related manufacturing processes.

The role blends engineering depth with market strategy and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver compelling solutions. You will work remotely with customers in the United States, supporting sales and product management, developing prototypes, and guiding qualification activities that reduce defects and improve yields.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Experience within the semiconductor industry.
• Strong understanding of Wet Etch Clean, Photolithography, CMP, and defect reduction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for product recommendations and qualification projects at customer sites.
• Support development and implementation of prototype and derivative products for established and emerging applications.
• Promote mature product technologies to drive defect reduction and yield improvement in fabs.
• Provide technical expertise to address contamination control challenges for semiconductor fabs and chemical suppliers.
• Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to drive project success.
• Lead technical discussions, share evaluation results, and guide application throughout qualification.
• Support new business development, conduct market-share analysis, identify growth opportunities.
• Capture and share technical learnings with global teams to expand opportunities.
