Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a Senior Hydropower FERC Licensing Program Manager to lead and expand our national hydropower licensing, compliance, and regulatory services practice. This remote role within the United States will require travel to support clients and projects.

The successful candidate will direct FERC licensing, relicensing, and environmental compliance, building strong client relationships with utilities, Tribes, and agencies while growing the hydropower portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Natural Resources, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing environmental permitting and hydropower licensing.
• 7+ years direct FERC hydropower licensing, relicensing, or compliance experience.
• Strong client relationship management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead hydropower licensing, compliance, and regulatory affairs programs.
• Direct FERC licensing projects and agency coordination.
• Develop licensing strategies and pursue new business opportunities.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage budgets and schedules.
• Support business development and capture activities.
