Merrick & Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead challenging facility design projects in our High Performance Facilities unit. Offices in Atlanta, Huntsville, Melbourne, or remote in Jacksonville, FL are available.

You will oversee client relations, proposals, budgeting, scheduling, and cross-disciplinary coordination for government clients with projects up to $250 million.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an ABET institution in Engineering, or a Master’s in Architecture.
• 15+ years of designing and managing medium to large multi-discipline facility projects.
• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with federal government clients (AFCEC, NAVFAC, NASA, USACE, IC).

Responsibilities

• Maintain client satisfaction and project profitability on design projects.
• Manage facilities design for military/government clients with budgets up to $250M.
• Meet with clients to validate scope of work and prepare proposals.
• Establish project budgets, schedules, and design coordination.
• Coordinate design disciplines and ensure schedules and quality standards.
