IMSolutions, LLC is seeking an Acquisition SME III to support a future federal opportunity in December 2026. The role covers planning, source selection, cost analysis, contract administration, and closeout. Remote/Hybrid work is allowed as authorized by government and company, with Stafford, VA as a key location.

The senior specialist will guide acquisition strategy, compliance, and risk management while coordinating with contracting officers, program managers, and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combo of education and experience.
• Fifteen or more years federal acquisition, procurement, contracting experience.
• Extensive experience across the full acquisition lifecycle.
• Experience with large, complex federal procurement programs.
• Expert knowledge of acquisition planning, source selection, and contract administration.
• Comprehensive FAR knowledge and agency-specific regulations.
• Proven ability to advise executive leadership on strategy.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert acquisition support across lifecycle stages.
• Lead acquisition planning, market research, forecasting, and solicitation planning.
• Advise leadership on complex procurement matters.
• Oversee proposal evaluations and cost/price analyses.
• Support source selection teams through evaluation and award.
• Develop acquisition plans, policies, and templates.
• Interpret FAR and agency regulations for complex actions.
• Lead contract administration and performance management activities.
• Mentor acquisition teams and support audits and reviews.
• Produce briefings, white papers, and executive-level reports.
