Job summary

PRA Business Events is seeking a Senior Event Producer to drive end-to-end event production, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution. This role requires coordinating with clients, sales teams, and suppliers to deliver memorable, error-free experiences.

You will manage complex programs, supervise field staff, and ensure profitability while maintaining the highest service standards across multiple venues and dates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4 years of experience overseeing corporate meetings and events
• Proven ability to lead operations and supervise field staff
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication with diverse clients and partners

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistical management and execution of client events with budgets from $500K to $1M+
• Serve as primary client contact during pre-planning and execution to ensure satisfaction
• Coordinate with Sales to finalize client program details and manage on-site changes
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage contracts, deposits, and billing
• Develop relationships with venues, hotels, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations
