Youth Villages is seeking a Senior Evaluation Manager for Sponsored Research to drive strategic evaluation and learning across complex, externally funded projects. You will coordinate with external researchers and Youth Villages teams to deliver rigorous studies, synthesize findings across data sources, and translate insights into practical guidance for program improvement and policy impact.

Qualificações

• Doctorate in psychology, public policy, public administration, social work, epidemiology, or a related field is required.
• Strong knowledge of research design, quantitative methods, program evaluation, and qualitative or mixed-methods research is required.
• Ability to critically evaluate research methods, measurements, analyses, and evidence limitations is required.
• Experience with implementation science or applied research methods is preferred.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills to coordinate multiple workstreams and priorities.
• Strong collaboration with researchers, leaders, practitioners, and stakeholders is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to translate technical info for non-technical audiences.
