Job summary

Youth Villages is seeking a strategic, highly organized Senior Evaluation Manager for Sponsored Research to lead complex evaluations that support program improvement and child welfare system change. Remote position with occasional travel for meetings and dissemination.

Reporting to the Director of Research, you will coordinate external evaluators, manage multiple workstreams, and synthesize evidence across studies to inform implementation, scaling, and policy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage evaluation learning agendas with priority questions, evidence needs, measurement strategies, and milestones.
• Coordinate evaluation activities across Youth Villages teams, external evaluators, research partners, and collaborators.
• Lead evaluation partnerships and projects, managing plans, timelines, dependencies, responsibilities, and communications.
• Integrate findings across multiple studies and data sources to develop a comprehensive understanding of progress and outcomes.
• Synthesize evidence into products explaining changes, implementation, and lessons learned for future efforts.
