Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years’ relevant industry-specific work experience required.
• 5+ years’ professional experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proven ability to apply problem solving and technical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate processes; propose workflow/config changes based on best practice.
• Apply tech expertise to client system builds; identify, test, troubleshoot.
• Provide project management and leadership aligned with client expectations.
• Mentor and guide client team and Nordic staff.
• Collaborate with project teams, end-users, and leadership.
• Lead meetings on project status and coordination.
• Document progress, issues, escalations per Nordic/client requirements.
• Handle additional project duties as needed.
