Job Description
Infoverity isseeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the design, architecture,and technical delivery of enterprise data platform solutions. In this role, youwill architect cloud lakehouse platforms, event-driven data distribution usingpublish/subscribe patterns (Kafka), and the integration architecture thatconnects operational systems, applications, and analytics - turning enterprisedata into trusted, decision-ready assets.
Your solutionportfolio will prioritize: lakehouse architecture on platforms such asDatabricks and Snowflake; real-time and near-real-time data distributionthrough Kafka topics and streaming pipelines; operational data serving andsyndication to downstream applications; and analytics, BI, and AI/MLenablement. You Will define which platforms own which layers of the solutionand how they interact, so the whole architecture works as one coherent system.
This positionis ideal for a technically skilled professional who can partner directly withclient stakeholders, translate complex business requirements into robustarchitecture, and guide delivery teams from strategy through implementation.

What You'll Do
Client Advisory and Leadership
- Partner with clients to understand their business goalsand technical requirements, conducting workshops and proof-of-concept projectsto demonstrate value.
- Develop solution implementation roadmaps, projectplans, and task breakdowns; delegate to and guide engineering teams throughdelivery.
- Provide technical expertise during pre-sales,articulating the value proposition of proposed solutions - including ROI andTCO analysis - to client stakeholders up to the C-level.
- Develop comprehensive data architecture that unifiesenterprise data across disparate systems.
- Design scalable, flexible solutions that integratecloud, on-premises, and SaaS platforms.
- Architect lakehouse solutions that combine data lakesand warehouses for scalable, cost-effective processing, with clear layerownership between operational serving and analytics consumption.
- Design event-driven data distribution usingpublish/subscribe patterns - Kafka topic design, schema management, andstate/change-event streams that feed downstream operational systems innear-real time.
- Design pipelines and orchestration that reliablyingest, transform, and process data across batch, API, and streamingintegration patterns.
Analytics, AI & Governance Enablement
- Architect reporting and analytics solutions using toolslike Power BI, Tableau, Streamlit, and other BI platforms.
- Develop architectures that enable organizations tounlock predictive and generative insights.
- Design governance and data quality frameworks, andarchitect how MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica IDMC) interoperate with thebroader lakehouse, streaming, and operational landscape.
Implementation & Team Enablement
- Guide implementation teams, establish best practices,and ensure solution quality.
- Deliver high-quality technical documentation, includingarchitecture diagrams, solution blueprints, integration patterns, and TCOmodels.
- Mentor junior architects, consultants, and engineers.
Requirements
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, InformationSystems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture ortechnical consulting.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scaledata platform solutions.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)and hybrid architecture.
- Knowledge of modern data platform and lakehouseconcepts for flexible analytics.
- Proficiency in data integration patterns, API design,and system interoperability.
- Experience with event-driven architectures andpublish/subscribe messaging (e.g., Kafka or comparable streaming platforms).
- Experience with data quality and governance frameworks.
- Technical skills in SQL and at least one programminglanguage (Python preferred).
- Experience gathering business requirements andtranslating them into technical specifications and designs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and managework delegation.
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, andgovernance in cloud architectures.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills withthe ability to engage effectively with C-level stakeholders.
- Consulting experience with demonstrated ability tomanage client relationships and lead engagements from strategy throughimplementation.
PreferredQualifications
- Experience serving healthcare organizations —providers, payers, group purchasing organizations (GPOs), or healthcare supplychain and services companies.
- Working knowledge of healthcare compliance and privacystandards (e.g., HIPAA) and experience designing data architectures that handleregulated data appropriately.
- Depth with Databricks (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog,medallion architectures) plus broader experience across Snowflake or MicrosoftFabric.
- Experience with Apache Kafka / Confluent, includingtopic design, schema management, and change-data-capture patterns.
- Hands-on integration experience with MDM/PIM platforms(Informatica IDMC, Reltio, Stibo, Syndigo), connecting MDM hubs with lakehouse,analytics, and operational systems.
- Familiarity with CRM and business applicationecosystems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dataverse).
- Experience with AI/ML implementation and integrationwith data platforms.
- Experience designing or building custom applicationsand frontends on top of data platforms (e.g., React or similar frameworks,API-driven and headless UI patterns, Streamlit).
- Experience with infrastructure automation usingTerraform or similar tools.
