Qualifications

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
12+ years of progressive experience in electrical power systems.
Expertise in power system modeling and simulation software.

Responsibilities

Lead the electrical design and engineering for major grid infrastructure projects, including transmission and distribution systems.
Develop conceptual designs, detailed engineering plans, and specifications for substations and power lines.
Perform complex power system studies, including stability, short-circuit, and load flow analysis.
Provide expert technical guidance and oversight on project execution, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
Mentor and develop junior engineering staff through guidance and knowledge sharing in a remote setting.
Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, regulators, and construction teams to ensure project success.
