Lead Global Quality Excellence - Senior Director, Quality Operations (REMOTE | Spanish Fluency Preferred)

Are you a seasoned Quality leader ready to make a global impact? Our client is seeking a Senior Director of Quality Operations to drive excellence across two international manufacturing sites specializing in Cardiac and Electromechanical Medical Devices - all from the comfort of your home office.

This is more than a leadership role - it's a chance to shape the future of life-saving technologies while collaborating across borders. Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred, as you'll be working closely with Spanish-speaking teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.

What You'll Do:

• Spearhead Quality Operations across two global sites, overseeing 100+ quality professionals through three direct Site Quality Manager reports.
• Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence in a highly regulated, fast-paced environment.
• Partner with R&D and Quality teams to ensure flawless design transfer and NPI (New Product Introduction) execution.
• Lead critical quality functions including CAPAs, NCRs, complaint handling, audits, and production control.
• Travel internationally up to 40% in your first year to build strong on-site relationships and drive transformation.

What You Bring:

• 15+ years of Quality experience, with 10+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven success in medical device manufacturing and regulatory compliance.
• Fluent Spanish (strongly preferred) - your language skills will be key to building trust and driving results across cultures.
• A valid U.S. passport and citizenship (required).
