Centene Corporation seeks a senior leader to oversee provider network performance, education, and communications across the company, driving quality improvements and cost controls while maintaining compliance. The role is remote with travel to NY offices, preferably in NY or bordering states.

The role includes leading provider relations programs, developing enterprise metrics, and coordinating training on products and tools.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years in provider relations or contracting, preferably in managed care or Medicaid.
• Experience leading major projects and change initiatives; prior staff management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee provider network performance and communications to inform providers and improve quality of care.
• Oversee provider satisfaction programs and reporting tools.
• Oversee provider communications and training on products, services, and tools.
• Develop enterprise metrics and reporting tools.
• Support quality and cost improvement activities.
• Deploy and expand provider engagement model across corporate functions and health plans.
• Oversee development and dissemination of provider education materials; monitor policies.
• Align strategies and technologies with future needs.
• Collaborate with Credentialing, PDM, Contracting, Shared Services to ensure data accuracy.
• Direct resolution of complex provider projects including direct provider communication.
