Qualifications

- 3+ years leading design teams with track record of success.
- Experience shipping AI features or products into production.
- Proficiency with Figma Make, Cursor, and Claude for prototypes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Automotive retail knowledge is a plus.
- Degree in design, technology, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the design team to deliver B2B SaaS products.
- Develop and implement design strategies aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to translate needs into designs.
