MultiCare is seeking a Director of Gift Planning to lead planned giving strategy, estate administration, and donor stewardship from a primarily remote role with periodic in-person Tacoma meetings. You will oversee marketing, communications, and professional-advisor engagement to build a strong legacy giving pipeline for long-term support.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with extensive experience in planned giving, major gifts, and related fields, plus deep knowledge of tax

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and 8 years of relevant experience.
• Significant and progressively responsible experience in planned giving, major gift fundraising, estate planning, law, trust administration, accounting, financial services, wealth management, philanthropy, or related field.
• Demonstrated success cultivating and managing relationships with donors, clients, or constituents and advancing complex philanthropic, financial, legal, or estate planning strategies.
• Knowledge of tax updates, charitable gift planning vehicles, estate planning concepts, donor stewardship, and gift administration.
