The Director/Senior Director will provide strategic and scientific leadership for patient-centered outcomes engagements, guiding research design, execution, and evidence packages for regulatory and client decision-making while expanding client relationships and

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a health-related field preferred, not required.
• 8+ years leading PCO/COA research with strategic direction.
• Expertise in COA strategies from literature reviews and gap analyses.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage client-facing studies.
• Experience translating regulatory guidance into evidence plans.
• Experience with Delphi panels, surveys, and patient preference studies.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and scientific leadership for PCO engagements ensuring fit-for-purpose research.
• Develop endpoint and regulatory strategies for COA evidence packages.
• Lead study oversight and technical direction across project types.
• Ensure quality and scientific integrity across deliverables.
• Manage client relationships and drive revenue through successful engagements.
• Lead business development, proposals, scoping, and budgeting.
• Mentor junior team members with training and performance development.
