Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Senior Director of Pharmacy Solutions to lead oncology drug management initiatives across The US Oncology Network. You will align enterprise capabilities with practice needs, drive patient access, and optimize practice performance through data-driven decision making.

The role requires a PharmD (or equivalent) with 13+ years in oncology or healthcare strategy and 6+ years of leadership. MBA or related degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of progressive experience in oncology, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare strategy.
• 6+ years of people leadership in complex healthcare environments.
• Deep knowledge of oncology therapeutics, reimbursement dynamics, and drug economics.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and prioritization of Network drug strategy initiatives with clinical and market inputs.
• Oversee portfolio governance, performance measures, and leadership of Pharmacy Solutions Directors.
• Partner with physician governance groups and enterprise stakeholders for enterprise-wide execution.
• Drive data-informed decisions by linking clinical, operational, and financial insights.
• Ensure measurable outcomes and value realization across the Network.
