The ideal candidate has 7+ years in analytical strategy roles, strong financial modeling, and experience in healthcare. Travel up to 25% and onsite two days per week near Irving, TX are expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategy-related roles such as strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, private equity, or equivalent analytically intensive positions.
• Healthcare services, specialty care, life sciences, or health data experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced financial modeling capability and ability to structure ambiguous problems.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and delivering multiple items under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analytical workstreams within strategic initiatives and develop rigorous fact bases.
• Build financial models translating market shifts to P&L implications and analyze scenarios.
• Lead problem-solving sessions, challenge assumptions, and manage time and plans.
• Prepare executive materials and present findings to senior audiences; collaborate with partners.
