Bounteous is seeking an executive-level consultant to lead a multi-product program in a telecom-focused environment. You will partner with client marketing, product, design, engineering, data, and AI teams to shape strategy and drive ROI.

The role emphasizes market insights, executive-level communication, and hands-on storytelling to craft compelling narratives and actionable plans for VP/SVP/CMO stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience, including 4+ years at Senior Manager, Director or above at a reputable consulting firm.
• Direct work with VP, SVP or C-level executives with confident command of executive conversations.
• Program leadership of cross-functional teams spanning marketing, product, engineering, data and AI, achieved through influence rather than line authority.
• Hands‑on executive storytelling—building the deck and narrative yourself.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-product program for a client and manage vendor and client teams toward one plan.
• Define KPI tree and measurement plan; track adoption, revenue attribution and cost savings.
• Provide market, competitive and industry insights to shape product strategy and roadmaps.
• Engage with VP/SVP/CMO stakeholders and present clear recommendations with confidence.
