Job summary

Repairify Inc. is seeking a Sr. Director of Marketing for Repair OnDemand to own strategy, budget, and results across the business. This leader will build and lead marketing across Repair OnDemand products, aligning go-to-market with sales and product.

You will launch new markets, drive demand, and set brand strategy for three brands, while building scalable playbooks and dashboards. Remote-first role with up to 30% travel for market launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years in B2B marketing with revenue results.
• Experience growing a marketplace or two-sided platform.
• Experience in vertical SaaS or marketing to SMBs.
• Strong demand generation and data analytics.
• Hands-on with marketing automation (HubSpot or similar).
• Experience managing agencies and a lean team.
• Clear, direct communicator capable of budgeting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Build marketing strategy, budget, and plan.
• Own demand generation end to end.
• Plan market launches for Repair Exchange.
• Lead go-to-market for new products and verticals.
• Define positioning and messaging across channels.
• Manage agency partners and in-house work.
• Own marketing tech stack and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, CS to tie marketing to revenue.
• Lead and develop a marketing program manager.
