Job summary

Repair OnDemand is hiring a Vice President/Director of Marketplace Operations to own the Open Exchange and Private Exchange performance, build the repairer network, and lead a hands-on operations team responsible for daily execution.

You will establish repeatable launch processes for new clients, set service expectations, work with Product and Engineering to automate recurring tasks, and drive on-time job completion while managing cost and quality.

• Experience driving on-time delivery and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Own operational performance from job submission to completion and resolution.
• Develop repairer coverage by geography, type, and capacity.
• Launch new clients and markets with repeatable processes.
• Manage onboarding and ongoing service for key clients.
• Lead disputes, claims, and service recovery with clear escalation.
• Create scalable processes and automation with product/engineering.
• Lead and develop the operations team with measurable outcomes.
