This remote, U.S.-based role partners with functional leaders to translate strategy into integrated plans and drive execution across the full development lifecycle for cell and gene therapies. You will report to the VP, Program Leadership, influence strategic direction, manage timelines and resources, and ensure governance decisions are reflected in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of cross-functional program or project management experience.
• Experience supporting cell and gene therapy development programs.
• Proficiency with program planning, scheduling, analysis, and presentation tools.
• Ability to facilitate collaboration across geographically diverse teams.
