Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS or related quantitative field.
• At least 9 years of software engineering and solution architecture experience.
• At least 9 years of enterprise architecture and design patterns experience.
• At least 9 years of cloud computing experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and grow multiple teams of product focused software engineers.
• Shape long-term technical strategy and architecture standards for enterprise platforms.
• Partner with senior engineering and business leaders to align roadmaps with scalable tech capabilities.
• Drive talent strategy including succession planning and skill development.
• Mentor and guide engineers on the team’s professional and technical growth.
• Work with product managers to translate needs into market-ready capabilities.
