As a people leader, you will mentor managers and engineers, drive workforce strategy, and recruit top talent while ensuring technical health, delivery velocity and resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
• At least 7 years of people management experience.
• At least 9 years of software engineering and solution architecture experience.
• At least 9 years of enterprise architecture and design patterns experience.
• At least 9 years of cloud computing experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• At least 9 years of data architecture experience.

Responsibilities
