Job summary

Kaiser Permanente in Oakland seeks the Executive Director of Capital Planning to lead enterprise capital planning, align with strategic and long-range plans, and manage the ten-year capital plan, CAC, and ISWG across markets.

You will drive policy, analytics, benchmarking, and the annual capital budget, monitor spend, and partner with the CFO and market leaders to optimize investments and ensure benefits realization.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience in financial planning, modeling, analysis or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Expertise in capital planning, analytics, and financial systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the Ten Year Capital Plan and annual Capital Budget with market input and Board review.
• Provide advisory support to senior leaders on capital cases, benefits realization, and investment prioritization.
• Oversee CAC and ISWG operations, ensuring alignment with Enterprise strategic plans.
• Drive policy maintenance, process improvements, and adoption of best analytics practices.
