Job summary

WITHIN is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer freelancer to join our marketing agency, delivering impactful digital designs and leading design initiatives. You will guide projects from concept through execution, collaborating with creative and marketing teams to ensure alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience, a strong portfolio in digital design, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of industry experience collaborating with teams and working independently.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with focus on digital design and leadership.
• Strong portfolio showing digital design projects, typography, layout and color theory.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Understanding of design principles, visual hierarchy, and branding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to lead and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design process from concept to delivery and meet client timelines.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Create visually appealing designs for social media, website assets, banners, emails, infographics, and promos.
• Set design standards and ensure consistent branding across digital platforms.

• Collaborate with web developers and content creators to integrate assets into campaigns.
• Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with external vendors to oversee production and quality.
