Job summary

Serco is seeking an experienced DevSecOps Engineer for a 100% remote role. The candidate will integrate security into the software lifecycle, design secure CI/CD pipelines, and automate cloud provisioning with IaC tools like Terraform and CloudFormation. Collaboration across dev, ops, and security teams is essential.

Requirements include U.S. citizenship, the ability to obtain DoW Secret clearance, a bachelor’s degree, and 2+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in DevOps, Security Engineering, Software Engineering, or Cloud Engineering.
• Proficiency with Azure and security-focused CI/CD practices.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate security tools (SAST, DAST, container scanning) into workflows.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Collaborate with dev, ops, and security teams to ensure secure delivery.
• Monitor for vulnerabilities and respond to incidents.
