Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking an Experienced DevSecOps Engineer for 100% remote work in the United States.

The role focuses on embedding security throughout the software development lifecycle with strong emphasis on cloud infrastructure, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and security best practices. You will design and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines, integrate SAST/DAST and container scanning, and automate infrastructure using Terraform or CloudFormation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in DevOps, Security/Cloud engineering.
• US citizenship required, ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.
• Proficiency with Azure and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate security tools into workflows (SAST, DAST, container scanning).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for secure delivery.
• Automate infrastructure with IaC (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Monitor for vulnerabilities and respond to incidents.
• Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments.
