Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior DevOps Platform Engineer to design, implement, and sustain secure cloud and DevOps platforms across Azure and GCP. You’ll own JFrog Artifactory, Xray, and Curation with focus on software supply chain security and governance.

You will build CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Harness, manage Kubernetes environments, and enforce regulatory compliance while enabling developer productivity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT infrastructure, platform engineering, or operations.
• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps engineering experience.
• Experience designing and supporting cloud infrastructure on Azure and GCP.
• Strong Terraform / IaC experience.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience (AKS, GKE, OpenShift).
• Experience administering enterprise DevOps platforms: Artifactory, Xray, Curation, Argo CD, SonarQube, LaunchDarkly, GitHub, Runners.
• Experience implementing software supply chain security, vulnerability remediation, secret management, and compliance.
• Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, Python.
• Experience operating in HIPAA, SOC2 or other regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain secure cloud infrastructure on Azure and GCP.
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Harness; apply GitOps practices.
• Deploy and manage Kubernetes platforms (AKS, GKE, OpenShift).
• Own and administer enterprise DevOps platforms including Artifactory, Xray, Curation, Argo CD, SonarQube, LaunchDarkly, GitHub and GitHub Runner infrastructure.
• Implement software supply chain security, artifact governance, dependency governance, and vulnerability remediation.
• Support application security programs, VIT/CVIT remediation, secret management, and compliance mandates.
• Maintain security controls across DevOps tooling and runners; provide L3 support and on-call.
• Lead platform modernization while ensuring security, reliability, and operational stability.
• Create engineering standards, templates, and developer enablement resources; participate in Agile delivery.
