Job summary

Zealogics is seeking a Senior DevOps Lead to drive enterprise DevOps practices across cloud-native and hybrid environments. You will champion automation, reliability, and governance while guiding engineering teams in delivering scalable, secure solutions.

The role requires 10+ years IT, 7+ years DevOps/Cloud, and 3+ years leading teams. Remote work with strong collaboration across Azure, AWS, and modern CI/CD tools is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or SRE.
• 3+ years leading DevOps teams or enterprise platform initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage DevOps engineers across multiple application teams.
• Define and implement enterprise DevOps standards, governance, and best practices.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD.
• Architect and automate cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS.
• Develop IaC solutions using Terraform, ARM Templates, CloudFormation.
• Lead Kubernetes strategy, deployment, scaling, and operations.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure secure and efficient delivery.
• Drive monitoring, observability, incident management and platform reliability.
