The ideal candidate has 8+ years in platform/SRE roles, strong coding skills (Python/Go/Ruby/Java), and deep experience with Kubernetes, ArgoCD, CI/CD, and AWS. Collaboration with security and operations is essential to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in platform engineering, SRE, or cloud operations with leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong programming background in Python/Go/Ruby/Java and IaC.
• Experience with Kubernetes, ArgoCD, CI/CD, andFedRAMP-like environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, strategy, and direction of Platform Services.
• Design and enhance Kubernetes-based deployment systems and ArgoCD workflows.
• Create scalable golden path solutions for onboarding and deploying apps.
• Automate manual operational, deployment, and compliance processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and operations for platform readiness.
• Mentor engineers and represent Platform Services in planning and reviews.
