Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a remote Senior DevOps Engineer to join an international blockchain platform. The role focuses on designing, deploying and maintaining secure, scalable production systems in Azure and AWS, with emphasis on automation and CI/CD.

You will collaborate with development teams, external SREs, and the Ops leadership to build reliable infrastructure, contribute to tooling, and create resilient pipelines. Fluency in English and strong problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in a related field.
• +4 years of experience designing, building and maintaining secure production systems.
• Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of Bash and at least one language (Go, Ruby, Rust, C++, Python, JavaScript).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Experience with CI platforms such as CircleCI, Travis.
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• Experience with monitoring systems and Linux/Unix administration.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, improve and maintain secure, reliable production systems.
• Collaborate with development teams to align infrastructure with product goals.
• Provide infrastructure expertise to external SREs and partners.
