Job summary

CallMiner, a Boston-based AI/SaaS company, is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead AWS/Azure multi-cloud infra, Kubernetes deployments, and GitOps workflows in a remote-friendly setting. You will own scalable CI/CD, automation, and release engineering across Dev, QA, and Ops.

You will build and optimize pipelines with GitLab, ArgoCD, Ansible/AWX, and Docker in Linux/Windows hybrid environments, guiding platform engineering maturity and mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
• Expertise with AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Strong background in Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Linux administration and shell scripting.
• Experience with GitOps and ArgoCD.
• Configuration management with Ansible/AWX.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and automation tooling.
• Manage and optimize infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement GitOps workflows using ArgoCD.
• Automate provisioning and configuration with Ansible/AWX.
• Maintain Linux and Windows Server systems in hybrid environments.
• Collaborate on release engineering: versioning, packaging, deployment.
• Monitor system health, enforce security policies, ensure high availability.
• Develop automation scripts with Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Troubleshoot production issues across multiple systems.
