Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer to design, implement, secure, and automate a global endpoint management environment. You will lead the move from on-prem MECM/SCCM to cloud-native Intune and Windows Autopilot, improving endpoint health and security across 20,000+ endpoints.

The ideal candidate has deep Windows experience, strong PowerShell skills, and collaboration with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Service Desk teams to deliver a best-in-class end-user experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years supporting enterprise Windows environments.
• 5+ years of Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with MECM/SCCM and hybrid cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, endpoint security, patching, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise endpoint management using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Entra ID.
• Drive endpoint modernization and migration from MECM/SCCM to cloud-managed solutions.
• Manage device deployment, compliance, security, patching, and lifecycle management.
• Develop PowerShell automation and proactive remediation solutions.
• Partner with Cybersecurity teams to improve endpoint security and vulnerability remediation.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting, technical leadership, and documentation.
• Recommend and implement continuous improvements to endpoint services.
