Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Data Platform Engineer (Databricks, Python) to build and support data platform capabilities that enable domain teams to productionize data products securely in a remote setting. You will work closely with engineering and domain stakeholders to improve platform automation, observability, and operational stability across the cloud environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software, platform, DevOps/SRE, or data engineering.
• 2+ years building or operating cloud data platforms.
• Strong Python skills and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on Terraform experience for Azure and Databricks.
• Production experience with Spark/PySpark and SQL.
• Experience supporting production systems in a DevOps or SRE role.
• Clear communication skills for remote collaboration.
