Job summary

IQVIA is growing! Senior Data Team Lead to oversee end-to-end data management for global clinical trials. Remote/WFH with equipment provided. Lead cross-functional teams and ensure quality, compliance, and on-time delivery.

You’ll manage study setup through database lock, act as primary client contact, and mentor staff while driving process improvements and regulatory adherence. Strong Medidata Rave/Oracle InForm experience required.

Qualifications

• Direct clinical data management experience required.
• Experience leading data management teams.
• Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH and clinical processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead data management for global trials from setup to lock.
• Serve as main client contact for data deliverables.
• Oversee SAE, PK, and external data reconciliation.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Mentor junior data staff and promote best practices.
• Drive process improvements and regulatory compliance.
