Job summary
Raymond James Financial, Inc. seeks a Sr. Data Insights Analyst to join the Supervision Data, Metrics & Reporting team.
You will test and calibrate alerts (ATL/BTL), work with SMEs to understand rules, and extract data via SQL from AWS Redshift and other sources. You will develop clear, actionable insights with dashboards and presentations for business stakeholders. The role emphasizes data quality, reporting, and AI-assisted analysis while enabling growth in analytics capabilities within a risk
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics or related field with 3 years of experience or equivalent
- Experience with SQL to query, join, and analyze data
- Experience with data visualization tools (Qlik Sense/Tableau/Power BI)
Responsibilities
- Conduct alert testing and calibration (ATL/BTL) and analyze thresholds
- Use SQL to extract and analyze data from approved sources (AWS Redshift)
- Develop reports, visualizations, and presentations to communicate findings
- Assess data quality and identify inconsistencies; propose improvements
- Collaborate with SMEs and technology partners to understand objectives and data needs
