Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in statistics, epidemiology, computer sciences, process engineering, business, healthcare, information systems or related field.
4–7 years of experience in reporting and/or analytics across clinical, financial, insurance, utilization, patient satisfaction, supply chain, HR or related areas.
Strong cross-functional liaison, project management and ability to lead multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Lead cross‑functional projects and translate business needs into actionable analytics and reporting.
Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards using SQL, SAS, Tableau and Excel.
Collaborate with internal teams to design system specifications and ensure data quality and governance.
