Qualifications
- 10+ years in data engineering or backend service development.
- Experience designing and implementing GraphQL APIs.
- Strong PySpark/Scala and Spark background.
- Hands-on AWS Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB and Glue experience.
- Proven ability to build low-latency, scalable data pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain low-latency GraphQL APIs for developer workflows.
- Develop data pipelines using PySpark, Spark, Snowflake, and AWS Glue.
- Implement microservices on AWS with Lambda, ECS, and DynamoDB.
- Ingest, transform, and serve data with strong data modeling and quality.
- Set up monitoring, observability, and alerting for APIs and data jobs.
- Collaborate with IAM stakeholders on risk-identification initiatives.
- Contribute to architecture reviews for cloud-native services.
- Work within EST hours in a fully remote environment.
