Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to leverage AWS Cloud and Databricks to power the CMM Data Modernization program for AOUSC across federal courts.

You will design, build, and maintain data pipelines, data models, and governance-enabled data services, ensuring secure, scalable delivery and collaboration with multiple teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's in Data Science or related field and 5+ years AWS Databricks experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's +7+ years or Master’s +5+ years in AWS & Databricks.
• Strong data engineering, ETL/ELT, and cloud architecture experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain scalable cloud-based data pipelines.
• Deliver secure, auditable data platforms aligned with CMM program.
• Develop data models, data marts, and downstream reporting layers.
• Collaborate with architects, DBAs, and governance teams in Agile sprints.
