The successful candidate will consolidate reporting data marts into an Enterprise Data Warehouse and related data marts, focusing on architecture, profiling, ETL, data quality, and governance across the enterprise.

Strong communication with stakeholders and experience in public-sector environments are valued.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in CS, IT, cybersecurity, or data management.
• 5+ years of architecture risk assessments and related services.
• 2+ years in or with public-sector environments and policies.
• 5+ years in data architecture, modeling, and enterprise data solutions.
• 5+ years with data modeling tools (e.g., PowerDesigner, SAP) and architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead data architecture and modeling for JIMS 3.0 integration.
• Consolidate reporting data marts into a unified EDW and data marts.
• Oversee ETL development, data quality, and validation.
• Ensure enterprise data governance and cybersecurity policy alignment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to explain complex concepts.
