Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a data-related field is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• 4–7 years of data analytics or data science experience.
• Strong SQL skills and large relational datasets experience.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar data languages.
• Solid knowledge of statistics, predictive modeling, and data viz.
• Experience with BI/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Understanding of data quality, prep, and analytics methods.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to varied audiences.
