SIKKY Manufacturing is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. You will analyze large data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive strategic decisions across departments.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of data analysis experience, proficiency in SQL and Tableau/Power BI, and a strong background in data modeling. Excellent communication and collaboration in a fast-paced manufacturing environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and identify trends and patterns in data
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with data modeling and database design
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
• Proven experience in process improvement and automation through data analysis
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of large datasets to identify trends and patterns
• Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies to optimize efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights
• Design and maintain data dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation through data analysis
