Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in manufacturing or automotive industry
• Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex and large datasets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with data modeling and database design
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends and patterns
• Develop and maintain data models and databases to support business needs
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs and provide insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and opportunities and provide data-driven solutions
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives and projects
• Identify data quality issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting
• Mentor and train junior data analysts in the team
