The role requires 3+ years of financial analysis experience, a strong grasp of budgeting and forecasting, and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems. CPA/CFA is a plus and collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of financial analysis experience.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficient in financial modeling and analysis tools such as Excel and ERP systems.
• CPA or CFA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and develop financial models to support business decisions.
• Monitor and analyze company financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
