Job summary

Veeam Software Corporation is seeking a Data and AI Governance Senior Manager to design and operate a scalable governance program. You will own AI-enabled data governance, build automated workflows, and lead technical implementations across Databricks Unity Catalog and Atlan.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Data Engineering to translate governance requirements into scalable solutions, while mentoring colleagues and driving continuous improvement in governance practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 6 years of experience in data governance, data engineering, or related technical field.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents, automated pipelines, or scripted workflows.
• Expertise with Databricks Unity Catalog and Atlan.
• Experience using AI-powered development & automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate AI-ready Data Governance processes.
• Develop automated data discovery, lineage, and trust scoring workflows.
• Lead integration of Databricks Unity Catalog and data catalogs (Atlan).
• Build AI agents and automated pipelines within security guardrails.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Data Engineering to scale solutions.
• Mentor colleagues and promote best practices.
