Job summary

McCormick & Company, Incorporated in Hunt Valley, Maryland, is seeking a Director, Americas & Function Operations to lead the Global Risk and Audit Management (GRAM) team. This hybrid role (50% onsite) partners with business leaders to shape risk strategy across the Americas and administer the internal audit program and governance.

You will drive risk assessment, audit planning, QAIP, ERM coordination, and technology governance, while developing talent and reporting to the CRAO and Audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is required.
• Professional certifications (CPA/CIA/CISA) or similar are preferred.
• 10+ years in audit/risk with leadership experience, including regional programs.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive risk assessment and audit planning for the Americas region.
• Lead financial, operational, compliance, and integrated audits across Americas operations.
• Serve as primary liaison with regional business leaders and stakeholders.
• Provide timely audit findings and recommendations to strengthen controls.
• Oversee QAIP and alignment with IPPF/IIA standards.
• Coordinate ERM activities and reporting with the Board and Audit Committee.
