Job summary

New Charter Technologies, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity and Compliance Manager for a remote, United States–based role. You will lead cybersecurity compliance programs across NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001, and provide vCISO advisory services to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

8+ years in IT, cybersecurity, information security governance, risk management, or regulatory compliance.
Experience with NIST CSF, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001 audits.
Strong client-facing communication and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead cybersecurity compliance initiatives across multiple frameworks.
Conduct risk assessments and remediation tracking for clients.
Provide vCISO advisory services and executive risk reporting.
Oversee Security Program Platform governance, risk, and compliance.
Coordinate with security operations for incident response and remediation.
